What happens at a Pre-Placement Assessment:
UKIM’s Pre-Placement Assessments involve asking a successful applicant a series of questions about their state of health and then providing a fitness for work report which details whether they are fit for the proposed role and also any adjustments that may need to be made.
- We will send your applicant a link to complete a confidential Health Questionnaire.
- We triage your request within 1 business day of receipt of this completed questionnaire.
- The prospective employee will be offered a remote appointment within 10 business days.
- The report is completed and sent to you via e-mail within 1 business day of the appointment.
